Warmer weather means opening up your closet to bright pieces and flowy fabrics, making these romper overalls perfect to throw into your “teacher outfits for spring” rotation.
This romper is naturally loose and baggy for a relaxed fit while still maintaining its structure and style. I paired it with a short-sleeve bodysuit for ultimate coverage and comfort, but you can also wear a short-sleeve tee if that works best for you.
Flowy Shirt Dress with Heels

You may have already seen this dress in my “Easter Dresses from Amazon” post, but it effortlessly doubles as the perfect teacher outfit for spring. And if there’s one thing about me, I’m gonna invest in pieces I can wear for plenty of different occasions.
This dress a gingham print that adds visual interest but doesn’t feel overpowering. The fabric is super lightweight and breathable, making it easy and comfy to wear in the warmer months.
Sweater Top with Palazzo Pants

I loooove wearing this outfit on days I want something that feels a little more refined and structured. Even though the top looks like it has a thick and cozy sweater-like feel, it’s actually super lightweight and breathable. Basically, you won’t have to worry about overheating.
For the rest of this outfit idea, these palazzo pants add shape on the bottom and balance out the top perfectly. The elastic waistband is stretchy and comfy, and the belt loops allow you to add on a fun statement belt if you choose.
Floral Midi Dress with Sneakers

This super cute midi dress is easy to style depending on what vibe you’re going for. For example, you can see I wore white sneakers for a cute and casual teacher outfit for spring, but you can switch to heels and add statement jewelry for a breezy brunch look.
Fair warning, the fabric is a little bit thicker than your average midi dress. But, that makes it perfect to wear in the beginning of the season for those awkward in-between temps.
Boho Jumpsuit with Bodysuit

Obsessed doesn’t even begin to explain how I feel about this look. I love any outfit that has a fun floral print—it instantly feels perfect for spring. The material is also really soft and breathable, so even if your spring brings sudden heat and nonstop sunshine, you can stay comfortable without getting too hot.
The straps are adjustable, there’s simple slits at the bottom for added breathability, and you have two small (but functional) pockets. I paired it with a short-sleeve bodysuit, but again, you can also wear a slim white tee and be just as comfy!
Tied Tee with Maxi Dress

When dressing for work settings, it can be easy to forget that fashion can still be fun and customizable. The perfect example of that is this tied tee and maxi dress look.
I love how flowy and comfortable this dress is, but the spaghetti straps can be a little iffy for teacher wear. Instead of getting rid of the dress altogether, I just worn a regular white tee and tied it over the top! Now you have a whole new outfit to add to your “teacher outfits for spring” rotation that looks as comfy as it feels.
Mock Neck Tank with Jeans

Looking for a cute and simple outfit to wear on casual Friday’s? This one never misses. The mock neck tank, instead of having dropped shoulders for a relaxed fit, uses shoulder pads to maintain structure. So even though you are wearing jeans, it still looks refined and put-together. You can also always throw on a black blazer for a little extra style!
I went for a lighter denim, but there’s a handful of other colors you can choose from if you’re more of a white jean or dark denim kind of girl.
Denim Shirt Dress with Sneakers

Have you ever worn a denim babydoll shirt dress? It’s a super cute alternative to the other shirt dresses you may find in a few of my other posts. The denim fabric gives it a unique style and I looove that it comes in pink.
If pink’s not totally your vibe but you love the style, it also comes in classic or black denim. I wore white sneakers to keep it casual but you could dress it up with wedges or sandals for a totally different vibe!
See this post for how to style a denim shirt!
Halter Top with Midi Skirt

This is another look I love adding to my work wardrobe when I want something with a professional, “wow-factor” style. The midi skirt has a side split that elevates the entire piece, but it’s not high enough to feel uncomfy about wearing it to work.
I styled it with a sleeveless halter top and causal blazer, but if it’s too warm for layers you can switch out the halter top for a white tee instead. I wore heels to add a bit of sophistication, but you could totally wear sneakers to keep it more laid-back.
Maxi Dress with Bodysuit

Let me let you in on a little secret: For any of those teacher outfits for spring that include a spaghetti-strap dress, pair it with a long or short-sleeve. This helps you get more wear out of those cute and casual spring and summer dresses you already own.
This dress, for example, is the perfect boho vacation outfit. Pair it with wedges and a floppy woven hat and you’re ready for the beach! But, pair it with white sneakers and a short-sleeve tee and you’re ready for work. It’s cute, simple, and easy to wear on repeat.
Two-Piece Set with Sneakers

I love the versatility of this outfit. When you tuck in the top and pair it with sneakers, it’s great for the classroom in the spring. The fabric is lightweight and soft, the top shows a little bit of the shoulders for comfort, and the pants are the flowy without feeling oversized.
Sneakers are the perfect way to tone the look down and make it feel more casual and laid-back. But, again, style it a few different ways and it can work for tons of occasions.
Short-Sleeve Babydoll Dress with Sneakers

Back with another super cute and simple babydoll dress! With the flattering cut and button-down style, it looks similar to the gingham-print dress I talked about earlier. But, if you’re not a fan of prints and would rather something solid-colored, this is the perfect look for you.
I love the subtle tiered design for visual interest and, of course, the pop of bright orange that screams spring and summer ready.
Graphic Tee with Satin Joggers

If you’ve never worn silk joggers, you’re missing out! Aside from the fact that they’re super sleek and can elevate any look, they’re sooooo comfy. This pair has an elastic hem and waist with a tassel drawcord so you can adjust the fit to your comfort.
The “Be Kind” tee )that I tucked in for a little bit of structure) adds a few complementary colors and keeps the look relaxed, and the white sneakers tie everything together.

Another look with this silk joggers because I seriously can’t get enough of them. If you’re like me and want to wear these pants as much as possible, refine the look a little with a tucked in white tee and simple denim jacket!
Denim jackets are great to wear in the spring—they’re lightweight and so easy to pair with everything. And if it gets too warm and you need to take the jacket off, the white tee underneath still keeps the look work-appropriate and just as cute.

Bodysuit and Romper

You can never have too many loose and flowy jumpsuits, right? Again, spaghetti straps and a breathable design that make it great to wear all summer long for different occasions, but we’re dressing it up and making it work-ready with a white bodysuit.
I swapped out the white sneakers for this look and added sandals instead. The sandals I originally included are sold out, but check my Amazon storefront for tons of other options!
Tunic Dress and Sandals

When I’m looking for teacher outfits for spring, nine out of ten times I’m looking for a cute and casual dress. They’re easy to wear and even easier to style! I personally love the yellow dress to fit the spring vibe, but there are tons of different colors and prints you can choose from.
The platform wedge sandals add a little bit of height for style, but they’re not a pain to wear all day. So, no need to stress about being on your feet all day in this pair—they’re as comfy as they are cute.
Which one of these teacher outfits for spring are you getting first?
I love putting together looks in any season, but there’s something so fun about spring and summer. The flowy dresses, boho chic pants, cute sandals and sleek white sneakers—it’s all too good. And did I mention that all these Amazon outfits are affordable with (mostly) free shipping? Yep, it’s a win all-around. Dressing as a teacher doesn’t have to feel strict and boring, take inspo from these outfits and have some fun!
